Welcome to Silver Linings for Seniors, Inc

We are a team of counseling professionals who specialize in quality counseling services for seniors, loved ones, and caregivers. With over 20 senior-experienced therapists, we have a variety of different techniques and specialties to offer our clients. Our therapists all have a background in geriatrics and are here to help with transitions, stress, loss, sadness, anger, memory concerns, and much more.

Our team accepts Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay. We will always have a conversation with clients about potential out-of-pocket costs before beginning services. We offer individual and family counseling sessions in senior living communities, private homes, or in our office in Cary. With client’s permission, our team works with family and residence staff to support our client’s quality of life.

We are here to help our clients find the silver lining. For Silver Linings, that means developing a lasting relationship with each individual client, while striving to help them reach the goals they set for a rich, independent life filled with happiness, support, and love.
