Rachel Evans, Marketing Relationship Specialist, is Silver Linings’ liaison with our customer facilities directors. In that role, she is often the first person any of the facilities’ personnel meets. She is responsible for organizing and giving presentations to staff and clients in the facilities as well as meeting and presenting Silver Linings to community and corporate organizations.
Rachel Evans is a Triangle native who has been in the geriatric industry since 2012. As a freshman at NC State University, she began volunteering at a senior living community. As she progressed through school she worked her way up to become a Life Enrichment Manager in a memory care community. It was while she was going to school and working that she found her passion for seniors and helping them be the best they can be. Between working one-on-one with seniors and her social work classes, she perfected her interpersonal and customer service skills. During her final semester, she learned about working in a crisis industry as a Case Manager at Stop Soldier Suicide.
Rachel went on to graduate from NC State magna cum laude with her Bachelors of Social Work and a minor in Health, Medicine, and Human Values. She became an Activity Director, where she learned the ins and outs of the senior living industry, creating events and advertisements for the community and growing a department and company. After 3 years in activities, she is excited to join the Silver Linings team to helping them grow and prosper throughout the Piedmont. She brings exceptional marketing, advertising, and social media experience to the team, and will help Silver Linings to be a household name. Rachel can be reached at 919-757-6498.
