May Mental Health Month

Did you know that May is Mental Health Month?

The theme for this Mental Health Month is #4Mind4Body. Overall health means that we are taking care of our bodies and minds. Mental Health is effected by sleep, exercise, diet, and more, so we are focusing this month on improving our health in all aspects of our lives.

Join us this month in taking care of our health by following us on social media and participating in events around the community!
